Good point! It's interesting to think about how "Whiteness" is just as much an identity as it is a skin color these days, though. The head of the Proud Boys is Cuban-American and visibly "not white". Yet he's chosen to defend the white supremacist movement and now chairs the modern version of the KKK.

Even if people discover that they're mixed-race, I fear they might still identify as "White" because that's what our culture rewards...
